There's something about gifting a handmade pouch that feels more personal than wrapping paper ever could.

This heart crochet drawstring pouch is one of those projects that looks impressive but is secretly very doable - even if you're not in the mood for complicated construction.

If you love granny squares and enjoy crochet projects that feel both creative and useful, a heart granny square drawstring pouch is a wonderful project to try.

This design brings together the timeless appeal of granny squares with sweet heart motifs, turning them into a pouch you can actually use.

The drawstring closure keeps the pouch practical while giving it a soft, handmade look.

The drawstring closure gives it that soft, gathered top that feels classic and gift-ready. It's ideal for holding jewellery, chocolates, bath salts, small crochet gifts, or even a handwritten note.

And because it's built from granny squares, you can play with color - soft pastels for Mother's Day, bold red and white for Valentine's, or neutrals for something more timeless.

If you're searching for an easy crochet gift idea that feels meaningful without taking days to complete, this heart crochet drawstring pouch is a lovely place to start.
